Warranty Terms

Every review purchased from The Review Makers comes with a platform-specific replacement warranty. If a review is removed within the warranty period, we will replace it at no additional cost.

• 25-Day Warranty: Google Normal, Google Local Guide, Facebook, Trustpilot (Verified & Normal), G2, Clutch, Capterra, Thumbtack, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, Booking.com, Houzz
• 3-Day Warranty: Yelp Reviews

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Reviews were not delivered within the agreed timeframe
• Reviews were removed within the warranty period and replacements were not provided
• The service was fundamentally different from what was described

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at info@thereviewmakers.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. All requests are processed within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for reviews removed after the warranty period, or for orders where the client's business profile was suspended by the platform due to reasons unrelated to our reviews.
